Wow I’m always mega excited to get positive messages through, like this one from the beautiful Donna…please read it, and follow her journey as she documents the whole experience of her Transformation journey. “I give you Terrell 💥 My Coach. I am always 100% honest and always write how I feel. This is one of those moments. For the past 2 years, I have struggled with my mental health & fitness. I met Terrell at the Ulster Tatler Awards last year. I followed his page and my immediate thought was “this guy sure is comfortable in his own skin” I started watching his stories every day, I learnt that this guy is definitely an entertainer! But more so, he strives on helping people achieve their goals and is the most inspirational motivating human I have ever met! Every message I have ever received has been busting with positivity. This guy is really kind and helpful. You know straight away from that first message “Yes! This guy will help me” I was meant to start training with Terrell back in September, but I wasn’t mentally ready. He never once forced me to do anything, he was really understanding and let me deal with everything until I was mentally prepared to start. Soon as I was, he was like “ok, let’s go” just like that. I thought “I thought he was gonna call me a time waster” since I didn’t start when I said I would. That was really important to me as I was in such a bad place, I didn’t know what he would say. He is so supportive. I am 100% amazed with the plans in place for me over the next 12 weeks. Most of my workouts can be done from home! (Which is great for my anxiety) If you don’t like going to the gym in fear of being watched or intimidated (like me, I have anxiety thinking everyone is staring at me) then this is the way to go! I do have to go to the gym twice a week, but when I am more confident and I progress, I will look forward to going to the gym. The meal plan is also great! It’s set out in a way you can really stick to it! I don’t feel pressured or stressed on what I can eat. It’s the way it’s all planned out. I mix and match and I’m learning every day. Honestly, I’m really happy with my plans, roll on to the end results! Thank You @transformationkid 🤘🏻maybe soon I’ll be comfortable in my skin too!”
