ME & BIG ARNIE (THE TERMINATOR)

First of all I'd like to apologise to all my clients, people who have enquired about my 12 WEEK T-KID BODY GUIDE Transformation programmes, for my lack of response the last few days (I WILL GET BACK TO YOU ALL). Here' a classic throwback to make up for it!

I've been away for the past week in LA, taking a well deserved break from what has been a very busy year. One of the main reasons I chose LA was to visit/train in Gold's Gym on Venice Beach. I have always been facinated by the World Class Athletes it has produced, mainly Arnold Schwarzenegger for what he did on stage as a competitor, off stage as a business man, and let's not forget becoming governor of a little place called California....like I always say "with a strong body, and a strong mind you can achieve anything", and Arnold Schwarzenegger is the absolute epitomy of this ethos. So I promised my fiancé a trip to Beverly Hills to go bag shopping (every man's worst nightmare I'm sure you'll all agree). The fourth shop we went to was Gucci, and to be honest the monotony of all the labels, and bags had really kicked in at this stage. I decided to go take a look at the shoes to get away from all the bags, and sat right in front of me (of all the places) was Arnold Schwarzenegger with his daughter looking just as bored as me. He was looking right at me with an appreciation for the situation we both found ourselves in.....pure unadulterated boredom. I on the other hand was looking at him with my mouth hanging open, and for the first time in my life found myself unable to speak (trust me this never happens). When i did eventually speak with him it was very brief, but long enough to realise that he was every bit the man I'd grew up learning to respect and admire. If it wasn't for Arnie my career path, and work ethic wouldn't be nearly as successful as it is today having read all his books, so to meet the man in person was quite literally the coolest moment of my life!!
